About Me

Max Marchment is the Co-Company Director of Industrial Sound Light & Stage, through which he has become Head of Sound and now Technical Director of Fundamentally Dance.

 

Max’s career spreads from humble beginnings as a Zero-Hour Theatre Technician, to the youngest Senior Technician & Training Supervisor at an arena venue. To Production Sound Mixer on a nationally distributed feature-length film and has progressed to, over the last three years, co-founding a leading Technical Production Services company. Specialising in providing tailored and comprehensive solutions. Whilst continually expanding both team and production scale, Industrial Sound Light & Stage have provided services to National & West End Theatre, Live Music, Dance, Event and Outside Broadcast. 

 

Throughout his career Max has contributed to notable broadcasts including the Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony, LivGolf Jeddah, BBC: Live At The Apollo, BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend, DAZN Ring Of Thrones, Netflix’s What’s in the Box? with Neil Patrick Harris, FA Cup, Champions League, Sky Sports Cricket ‘The Hundred’ and Major-league Baseball London.

 

Max has also worked with a wide range of renowned comedians such as Ricky Gervais, Ross Noble, Jimmy Carr, Miles Jupp, Ben Elton, Sarah Millican, Jason Manford, Ed Gamble, Stewart Lee, Sandi Toksvig, Simon Amstell, Paul Chowdry, Dylan Moran, Romesh Ranganathan, Al Murray, Sarah Pascoe, Kevin Bloody Wilson, Jimeoin, Nina Conti, and Tom Allen.

 

His collaborations with notable musicians and bands include Coldplay, Sabrina Carpenter, Raye, Vampire Weekend, Ocean Colour Scene, The Amy Winehouse Band, Francis Rossi, Steve Harley & The Cockney Rebels, Shalamar, Marti Pellow, Paul Young, The Skids, The Moody Blues, Blancmange, Big Country, Wishbone Ash, The Rock Orchestra, Chineke! Orchestra, and The Dualers. 

 

Additionally, he has worked with legendary personalities such as Dame Joan Collins, Sir Michael Parkinson, Sir Geoff Hurst, Dame Angela Lansbury, Anton Dubec, Giovanni Pernice, Craig Revel Horwood and KSI.

 

Max’s most recent work includes his Sound Designer for The Brown Suite, Associate Sound Designer for Ruth: A Noir Musical, Associate Sound Designer for Wilko: Love & Death & Rock N Roll, an all new play featured in the west end. As well as pioneering new partnerships with Live Odyssey; London’s newest live experience supporting grassroots music as well as working in collaboration as a Senior Audio Consultant with Musion 3D to develop the latest live hologram performances.
